Senior Sales Coordinator B2B

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in rotogravure printing machinery to drive sales, develop key customer relationships, and expand market presence. The role involves technical selling of high-value capital equipment to packaging and printing companies.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customers in the printing and packaging industry

Promote and sell rotogravure printing machines, upgrades, and related solutions

Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and machine trials

Understand customer production requirements and recommend suitable machine configurations

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals

Coordinate with engineering, service, and production teams for customized solutions

Follow up on installations, customer satisfaction, and after-sales opportunities

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer visits

Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Printing Technology, or Business (preferred)

3–8 years of sales experience in printing machinery, preferably rotogravure

Strong technical understanding of rotogravure printing processes, cylinders, inks, substrates, and web handling.Proven ability to sell capital equipment with long sales cycles

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused mindset

Preferred Experience

Experience selling wide-web or high-speed rotogravure machines

Knowledge of flexible packaging, decorative printing, or publication gravure

Existing network with converters and printing companies
