Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify & generate new business opporrtunities (builders, architects, consultants, corporates)
  • Develop strong pipelines for new installations, modernization & AMC.
  • Attend site visits and understand client requirements
  • Build long term relationships with builders, architects, maintain regular follow-ups & ensure repeat business.
  • Prepare Quotations, Proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets
  • Ensure project handover coordination
  • coordinate with technical, design & installation team for smooth execution
