Job Description
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of leads generated.
- Number of files logged in.
- Loan disbursement volume.
- Conversion ratio.
- Portfolio quality (bounce rate, delinquency).
- Customer satisfaction score.
Identify and acquire new customers for personal and business loan products
Generate leads through telecalling, cold callingor referrals
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate loan products
Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, processing fees, and repayment options
Coordinate with credit teams for file processing and follow up until disbursement
Target-driven and self-motivated.
