 Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our service

 Answer questions about services or the organization

 Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

 Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

 Achieve the targets / goals set by the organization

 Handling calls (Incomings as well as Outgoings)

 Ready to travel, as and when required

Skills / Abilities required –

 Excellent communication skill (especially listening skills) is highly required for an

education counsellor

 Patience should be a virtue worn at all times by individuals who work as education

counsellors

 Ability to be proactive and not reactive at all times

 Ability to tolerate stress and pressure.
