Job Summary:

JACE Consumer Goods is looking for an energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to expand market presence, drive sales, and build strong relationships with retailers and distributors. The role involves extensive fieldwork and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit assigned retail outlets, distributors, and wholesalers daily

Promote JACE Consumer Goods products and generate primary & secondary sales

Onboard new retailers and strengthen existing relationships

Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper placement at stores

Collect orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely payments

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Conduct market surveys and report competitor activities

Execute brand promotions, schemes, and product launches in the market

Maintain daily sales reports and share updates with the sales manager

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate or 12th pass (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)

Experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods field sales preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently in the field

Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory)

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / sales reporting
