Job Responsibilities


  • Sales ManagerLead, manage, and monitor the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, performance dashboards, and MIS for management.
  • Design and implement sales strategies to improve revenue growth, market penetration, and customer acquisition.
  • Create tour plans and field visit schedules for sales executives and ensure effective market coverage.
  • Track sales team productivity, follow-ups, conversions, and closure ratios.
  • Handle and manage key clients through calls, meetings, and relationship-building activities.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with marketing, accounts, production, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution.
  • Monitor leads, enquiries, and pipelines; ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales plans.
  • Train, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve skills, discipline, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing structures, and credit norms.
  • Support management in forecasting demand and planning sales targets.


  • Key Skills & Technical CompetenciesAdvanced Excel – MIS creation, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, dashboards, and data analysis.
  • Google Sheets – Real-time reporting, formulas, data validation, sharing controls, and team collaboration.
  • Dashboard & Reporting Tools – Sales dashboards for targets vs achievement, lead tracking, and performance monitoring.
  • CRM & Lead Management Systems – Managing leads, follow-ups, customer data, and sales pipelines.
  • Data Analysis & Forecasting – Ability to analyze sales data and support decision-making.
  • Communication & Negotiation Skills – Strong verbal and written communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Team Management & Leadership – Coaching, motivation, and performance improvement.
  • Planning & Time Management – Tour planning, scheduling, and prioritization of sales activities.
