Job Description

Job Summary:The Sales Manager – Third Party / White Label will be responsible for managing and expanding the organization’s third-party manufacturing and white-label business. The role involves handling sales operations, client retention, coordination with internal teams (design, production, lab, and NPD), and ensuring smooth execution from concept to product delivery.


  • Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets in the third-party/white-label business segment.
  • Identify and onboard new third-party clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Negotiate business terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship ManagementEnsure timely communication and support to all third-party clients from order initiation to delivery.
  • Manage client expectations related to product quality, timelines, and formulations.
  • Work closely with the design and NPD team to develop innovative product ideas for clients.
  • Handle client feedback and ensure high levels of customer retention.
  • Team Management & Coordination Lead, guide, and supervise a cross-functional team consisting of designers, sales associates, new product development (NPD) executives, and production coordinators.
  • Collaborate with the lab team to create and finalize sample formulations and formulation sheets as per client requirements.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and dispatch.
  • Operational Responsibilities Oversee the process of sample development and approval with clients.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all formulation sheets, pricing structures, and client-specific requirements.
  • Track project timelines and ensure adherence to delivery commitments.
  • Review and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare monthly/quarterly reports.


  • Qualifications & Experience: Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in third-party or white-label manufacturing (FMCG, cosmetics, or healthcare industry preferred).
  • Proven track record in handling client accounts, managing teams, and achieving sales targets.
