Senior Sales & Operations Executive - 3W/4W Electric Vehicle Projects (Delhi NCR)

Location – (Gurugram, Noida, Delhi preferred )

Field-based role with 80% travel

Experience Level: 4-5 years in last-mile operations & sales 

 We seek talented professionals expert in field sales and operations

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Hunt new clients in Delhi NCR (e-commerce, logistics, and retail) needing 3W/4W EV vehicles for last-mile delivery fleets.
2. Generate leads and conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to onboard 3W/4W EV projects.
3. Monitor field operations: EV fleet deployment and performance tracking, and ensure client satisfaction.
4. Achieve sales targets, manage contracts, and drive revenue growth through relationship building.
5. Analyse market trends, monitor competitors (other EV providers), and promote 3W/4W EV solutions.
6. Practical knowledge of 3W/4W vehicles (electric operations/sales); EV industry exposure preferred. Strong hunting skills: identify, pitch, and onboard new clients (e-commerce/logistics background essential).
7. Local Delhi NCR network with vendors/partners.

Qualification

1. Graduate (B.Com/BBA or equivalent).
2. EV/logistics certification is a plus.
3. Excellent communication skills (Hindi + English)
4. Proficient in MS Office/Google Sheets; experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) advantageous

Competitive salary – ₹6-9 LPA + incentives + EV fleet usage + travel allowance.

Experience: 4-5 years of field experience in Delhi NCR last-mile operations or sales, specifically from Mahindra Logistics, Rivigo, Porter, Delivery, Shadowfax, or similar companies.
