Job Description

We are looking for a Senior SEO Expert who can lead and execute end-to-end SEO strategies to drive organic growth, increase high-intent traffic, and improve conversions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in scaling SEO for high-traffic websites, preferably in e-commerce, recommerce, or marketplace models.

This is a full-time onsite role based in Okhla Phase 1, Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO)

Perform in-depth keyword research focused on transactional and high-conversion keywords

Optimize website structure, landing pages, blogs, and category pages for SEO

Lead technical SEO audits and coordinate with developers for implementation

Improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, crawlability, and indexing

Plan and manage content strategy aligned with SEO and business goals

Build and manage high-quality backlink strategies

Track, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush

Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities

Work closely with performance marketing, content, and product teams

Stay updated with the latest Google algorithm updates and SEO trends

Mentor junior SEO executives (if applicable)

Requirements

4–5+ years of proven experience in SEO

Strong understanding of technical SEO, schema, site architecture

Experience with high-traffic websites or lead-driven businesses

Hands-on experience with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in recommerce / e-commerce / marketplace SEO is a plus

Ability to manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and reporting skills
