We are seeking a highly competent Senior Structural Engineer with extensive experience in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) systems. The ideal candidate will specialise in structural analysis, cost estimation, and engineering optimisation. This position requires strong technical proficiency, advanced problem-solving capabilities, and effective leadership skills to guide the engineering team toward accurate and efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform advanced structural analysis and design of PEB systems using STAAD.Pro and   other relevant engineering software.

2. Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, BOQs, material take-offs, and pricing models tailored to project specifications.

3. Review tender documents, architectural drawings, and technical requirements to develop optimised and compliant structural solutions.

4. Lead, supervise, and mentor junior engineers and drafting personnel to ensure timely and high-quality output.

   5.  Apply value-engineering methodologies to enhance structural efficiency and reduce    

      overall project costs.

   6 . Coordinate with procurement, production, and project management teams to   

      maintain consistency and accuracy across engineering deliverables.

   7.  Ensure all designs and documents comply with applicable codes, safety standards,    

      and engineering best practices.

    8. Identify technical risks and recommend effective solutions to support project success.
