Senior Tele Caller

We are hiring a Senior Telecaller to handle customer support and lead qualification for EV commercial vehicles. The role involves calling customers who have already shown interest through online advertisements. All calls are warm leads provided through the CRM system. The responsibility is to understand customer requirements, collect necessary details, and update the information accurately in the CRM. This role does not involve cold calling or sales closing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers who have shown interest in EV commercial vehicles through digital ads
• Handle only warm leads received through the CRM system
• Speak with customers to understand their commercial vehicle requirements
• Identify whether the customer is genuinely interested in purchasing a vehicle
• Collect and confirm customer details such as PIN code, location, preferred vehicle type, and expected purchase timeline
• Update complete and accurate customer information in the CRM after every call
• Mark lead status correctly based on customer interest and readiness
• Ensure all call interactions are professional, polite, and customer-friendly
• Support the sales team by sharing only qualified and interested leads
• Maintain data accuracy and follow company calling guidelines

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in telecalling, customer support, or lead qualification
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Experience using CRM software to manage customer data
• Ability to ask the right questions and understand customer needs
• Experience in the automobile or EV industry is preferred but not mandatory
