Senior Tele Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Calling Executive responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, and converting inquiries into business opportunities. The candidate should be confident in communication, proactive in client outreach, and focused on achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote products/services

Identify and research potential clients through Google and other online platforms

Generate new leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions

Ensure strong and consistent follow-ups to close sales

Convert inquiries into confirmed orders/business

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good command of English (spoken and written)

Strong communication and convincing skills

Ability to handle client objections and close deals

Proactive approach with a result-driven mindset

Basic knowledge of internet research and lead generation tools

Strong follow-up and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Experience:

0–3 years of experience in sales calling, telecalling, or business development preferred
