Who we’re looking for

Someone who knows how to talk, listen, and convert. Your job is simple turn interested leads into paying customers and give existing customers a smooth, confident buying experience. You’ll be the voice of the brand, so clarity, patience, and persuasion matter.

Core Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads, returning customers, and interested prospects
  • Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries, understand their needs, and guide them to the right product
  • Explain fabrics, pricing, offers, delivery timelines, and product benefits in a clear, confident way
  • Follow up with leads who showed interest but didn’t complete the purchase
  • Maintain daily call logs, follow up lists, and conversion reports
  • Work with marketing and operations teams to stay updated on new launches, stock levels, and dispatch timelines
  • Identify common objections and share insights with the team
  • Assist customers with order placement, payment issues, and basic support
  • Build trust based on accurate information, transparency, and quick responses

What we expect

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Confidence in handling customers over calls and WhatsApp
  • Basic understanding of D2C ecommerce or willingness to learn fast
  • Good listening skills and ability to pick up buying signals
  • Self driven and consistent with follow ups
  • Prior tele sales experience preferred (6 months to 2 years)
