Senior Telesales Associate

Job SummaryWe are looking for a Telecaller / Sales Executive who can confidently communicate with clients, handle inbound and outbound calls, and manage client inquiries through multiple social media platforms. The candidate should coordinate with advocates and ensure proper follow-ups with clients in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities✅ Handle incoming & outgoing calls professionally

✅ Receive client queries through Social Media Platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

✅ Manage and maintain client communication records

✅ Coordinate with Advocates / Legal Team regarding client matters

✅ Take appointments and ensure proper client follow-up

✅ Generate leads and support sales conversion

✅ Maintain good communication and provide proper information to clients

✅ Ensure timely updates to clients and internal team

Required Skills & Qualifications✔ Good English speaking & writing skills

✔ Strong communication & convincing skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple clients at the same time

✔ Knowledge of social media handling (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

✔ Multi-language candidate preferred (First Preference)

✔ Good listening skills and polite behavior

✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets is a plus)

Preferred Candidate🌟 Experience in telecalling / client handling is preferred

🌟 Legal office / consultancy experience will be an advantage

🌟 Must be responsible and available for urgent calls if needed
