Job Description – Telecalling Sales (Target-Based)

The Telecalling Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets through outbound and inbound calls. This role is completely target-driven and requires regular interaction with prospective customers to promote products/services, generate leads, and close sales.

The candidate must maintain a high level of call productivity, ensure proper follow-ups, and update all call-related data accurately. Consistent performance, meeting daily call targets, and achieving monthly sales goals are key expectations.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
• Handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into sales
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Explain products/services clearly and confidently to customers
• Follow up with interested leads to close sales
• Maintain call records and update CRM or data sheets
• Handle customer objections and queries professionally
• Coordinate with the team leader/manager to improve performance

• Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a target-based sales environment
• Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented personality
• Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an added advantage
