Senior Telesales Associate

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Tele-Sales Associate to join our growing team at Medicare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Pitch and promote Medicare's pharmaceutical product range
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending orders
• Achieve monthly sales targets consistently
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and follow-ups
• Guide and support junior tele-sales team members

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in tele-sales, preferably in pharma or FMCG
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools
