Job Description
Identify and acquire new customers for personal and business loan products
Generate leads through telecalling, cold calling or referrals
Explain product features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, processing fees, and repayment options
Coordinate with credit teams for file processing and follow up until disbursement
Ability to manage customer relationships and close sales
Target-driven and self-motivated
