Senior Telesales Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Telesales Executive with 3+ years of experience to handle inbound and outbound sales calls for Latteholic coffee machines and kitchen equipment, ensuring strong customer engagement and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound telesales calls
• Promote and sell coffee machines, kitchen equipment, and related products
• Understand customer requirements and provide product information
• Generate leads, follow up, and close sales
• Maintain customer records and update CRM
• Coordinate with field sales and service teams
• Support marketing campaigns and lead conversion

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telesales / inside sales
• Excellent English communication skills
• Experience with inbound & outbound calling
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment / coffee machine industry preferred
• Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills
