Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented SEO Specialist to manage our search engine optimization and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies to increase our website's organic search rankings, drive targeted traffic, and enhance online visibility. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a strong understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including backlink building.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Page SEO:
• Perform keyword research, analysis, and selection for content optimization.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images for target keywords.
• Ensure content is high-quality, relevant, and aligned with user intent.
• Improve site structure and internal linking for better crawlability and user experience.
• Work with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
• Off-Page SEO & Backlinking:
• Develop and execute a strong off-page SEO strategy to build domain authority.
• Build high-quality backlinks from reputable and relevant websites through various outreach methods (guest posting, partnerships, etc.).
• Manage local SEO listings and directory submissions.
• Engage in social media promotion to support SEO goals.
• Technical SEO:
• Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix technical issues (crawl errors, site speed, mobile-friendliness).
• Monitor site performance using tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Provide regular reports on organic traffic, rankings, and conversion rates.
• Use data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar digital marketing role.
• Strong, hands-on knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
• Demonstrable experience in building high-quality backlinks.
• Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz).
• Understanding of technical SEO factors.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
