Job Description

Journeys Exotica is a professional Destination Management Company (DMC) offering B2B travel solutions across Thailand, Dubai, and Kashmir. We are looking for an experienced SEO Executive to strengthen our organic presence and support our digital growth in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO strategies for travel and destination-focused websites
• Conduct keyword research for travel packages and B2B travel queries
• Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for search intent
• Handle on-page, off-page, and basic technical SEO
• Monitor performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics
• Coordinate with content and marketing teams for SEO-driven content
• Create basic creatives using Canva (blog images)
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions
• Prepare SEO performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
• Experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush
• Keyword research and content optimization skills
• Basic Canva editing skills
• Travel/tourism industry experience is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Preferred Skills WordPress or CMS knowledge
• Local & destination-based SEO
• Understanding of Core Web Vitals
