Job DescriptionOverview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing (SEO) Specialist to manage and execute end-to-end SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, driving organic traffic, and generating leads through effective SEO practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. SEO Strategy & ExecutionPlan and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking

2. Technical SEOIdentify and fix technical issues (indexing, crawl errors, broken links)

• Manage sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, and redirects
• Improve website speed and Core Web Vitals

3. Content OptimizationOptimize existing content for better rankings

• Work with content team to create SEO-friendly blogs and landing pages
• Implement schema markup and structured data

4. Off-Page SEOBuild high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and directories

• Monitor backlink profile and remove toxic links
• Maintain natural link-building strategies

5. Analytics & ReportingTrack performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and Search Console

• Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, and conversions
• Prepare regular SEO reports with insights and recommendations

6. Tools & PlatformsWork with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4

• Basic knowledge of WordPress (Elementor preferred)
• Required SkillsStrong understanding of on-page and technical SEO
• Experience with keyword research and SEO tools
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Ability to analyze data and solve SEO issues
• Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of SEO experience
• Experience with WordPress websites
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation
• Understanding of content marketing strategies
