🚀 Role OverviewAs the Senior SEO Executive – Travel Domain, you will drive Xntrova’s organic growth by planning, implementing, and optimizing scalable SEO campaigns tailored to the dynamic nature of travel search behavior. Your expertise will ensure our platform ranks prominently for high-intent travel queries, ultimately converting searchers into loyal customers.

• 🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth keyword research and SERP analysis focused on travel packages, destinations, itineraries, and seasonal trends.
• Develop and execute on-page SEO strategies including metadata, schema markup, internal linking, content optimization, and URL structures.
• Lead technical SEO audits and coordinate with the dev team to resolve crawl issues, improve Core Web Vitals, and implement structured data.
• Create and manage a robust backlink strategy with a focus on high-authority travel publishers, blogs, and PR placements.
• Collaborate with the content and UX teams to optimize landing pages, blogs, and itinerary listings for search intent and conversion.
• Monitor site performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
• Optimize for local and international SEO, including multilingual content and region-specific travel searches.
• Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates, mobile-first indexing changes, and evolving travel search patterns.
• ✅ QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of SEO experience with at least 2 years in the travel/tourism domain.
• Proven track record of improving organic rankings and traffic for travel-related websites.
• Strong technical skills including knowledge of HTML, CSS, schema markup, site architecture, and page speed optimization.
• Expertise in SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

• Familiarity with WordPress or headless CMS platforms.
• Prior work with OTAs or travel aggregators (e.g., MakeMyTrip, TripAdvisor, Booking.com).
