About the Role:We are hiring a passionate and skilled SEO Specialist to join our team at our Rohini Sector 3 office. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in all major aspects of SEO including On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, YouTube SEO, and Local SEO. This is a full-time, in-office role — perfect for someone looking to grow in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ On-Page SEO

• Keyword research and content optimization
• Meta tags, internal linking, heading structure, and user experience enhancements
• Optimizing content for search intent

✅ Off-Page SEO

• Quality backlink building through outreach and content strategies
• Directory submissions, forums, and guest posting

✅ Technical SEO

• Conducting site audits, fixing crawl errors, improving site speed
• Mobile-friendliness, structured data/schema, and indexing issues
• Optimizing Core Web Vitals

✅ YouTube SEO

• Video metadata optimization (titles, descriptions, tags)
• Increasing visibility and engagement for YouTube content
• Channel management and playlist optimization

✅ Local SEO

• Managing and optimizing Google Business Profile (GMB)
• Local citations, map listings, and geo-targeted keywords
• Reviews and local backlink strategies

✅ Reporting & Tools

• Use of tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
• Preparing monthly performance reports and strategy updates
• Requirements:1–3 years of proven SEO experience
• Strong understanding of SEO concepts and Google algorithms
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (especially WordPress)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Must have own laptop
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
