Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible Female Assistant to help manage daily operations at our Service Centre. The candidate will handle customer communication, maintain service records, and assist with documentation and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain service centre data and records

• Prepare reports and documentation

• Call customers for service updates and follow-ups

• Handle data entry and update service details in the system

• Manage customer inquiries and basic support

• Maintain files and service reports properly

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel)

• Good communication skills

• Basic typing skills

• Organized and responsible

• Ability to talk to customers politely
