Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth operations between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff. This role involves managing patient appointments, handling inquiries, coordinating services, and providing support to ensure a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently to optimize workflow.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and other staff to ensure timely delivery of services.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Assist patients with billing, insurance queries, and payment processes when needed.
• Follow up with patients post-consultation to ensure satisfaction and provide additional support.
• Support marketing and outreach initiatives by managing patient communications and reminders.
• Handle any patient concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and patient care quality.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of basic medical terminology.
• Experience in Ayurvedic or alternative healthcare settings.
