Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Coordinator to support our Service department. This is a dynamic role for someone who is organized, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will handle customer calls, coordinate IT ticket resolution, and manage replacement-related service requests efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Areas
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and concerns. Provide timely and effective responses to inquiries and request
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive outcome. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Implement strategies to improve client retention and loyalty. Regularly follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the company’s products and services.
- Collect and analyse client feedback to identify areas for improvement. Share insights with relevant departments to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system. Ensure that all interactions are logged and documented
- Generate regular reports on customer satisfaction and retention metrics for review by senior management.
Required:
- Proven experience of minimum 2 years as a Service Coordinator, Customer Support Executive, Client Relationship Executive, or in a similar role.
- Strong customer handling, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset and proactive approach to work.
- Working proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues appropriately.
- Experience in maintaining accurate customer records and preparing basic reports.
