Job Title: Services Coordinator

Job Summary

The Services Coordinator is responsible for organizing, scheduling, and monitoring service delivery to ensure clients receive timely, high-quality support. This role acts as a key point of contact between clients, service providers, and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and compliance with policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule services according to client needs and service plans
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients, service providers, and internal departments
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance with agreements or care plans
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation in internal systems
  • Address service issues, delays, or complaints and escalate when necessary
  • Communicate service updates and changes to all relevant stakeholders
  • Support onboarding and orientation of service providers when required
  • Track service metrics and assist with reporting and audits
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–3 years of experience in coordination, customer service, case management, or operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and service management or CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
