Service Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Service Engineer responsible for the installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of security equipment such as Automatic Boom barriers, Hydraulic bollards, Turnstiles, Flap Barriers, Access control systems, and related security infrastructure at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Install and commission security equipment including Boom Barriers, Hydraulic bollards, Electrical gates, and related systems.

  •  Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance at project and AMC sites.

  •  Diagnose faults and perform on-site troubleshooting and repairs.

  •  Coordinate with the office team for material requirements, schedules, and service reports.

  •  Ensure proper wiring, alignment, testing, and safety compliance during installations.

  •  Maintain service logs, installation reports, and client sign-offs.

  •  Provide basic technical guidance to clients on equipment operation.

  •  Follow company safety standards and site protocols at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  •  Diploma / ITI / Technical certification in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical field.

  •  Hands-on knowledge of automatic barriers, bollards, access control systems (preferred).

  •  Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

  •  Willingness to travel to multiple sites.

  •  Basic communication skills and a professional attitude with clients.
