Service Engineer

JOB TITLE: Service Executive / Service Team Leader

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Executive to join our team. The Service Executive will be responsible for delivering exceptional post-sales support and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing service-related inquiries, handling installations, and troubleshooting installation issues. The role requires both fieldwork and in-office coordination to maintain the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

 Provide prompt and efficient service to clients, including product installation, repairs, and maintenance of products.  Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.  Conduct on-site visits to resolve installation issues and coordinate with the installation team to provide solutions.  Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and solutions provided.  Collaborate with the sales and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and post sales support.  Monitor product performance and provide feedback to the R&D team for potential improvements.  Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of the products.  Prepare and submit service reports, documenting each service visit, issues encountered, and actions taken.  Manage warranty claims and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
