Service Engineer

We are looking for a Service Engineer to install, maintain, and repair equipment while ensuring excellent customer support. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, performing regular maintenance, and providing on-site or remote service to clients.

• Key Responsibilities Install, test, and commission equipment at customer sites
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical/mechanical/electrical issues
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Provide technical support to customers (on-site and remote)
• Maintain service reports and documentation
• Train customers on proper equipment usage
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, engineering, production)
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
• Manage spare parts and service tools
