  • Managing UHNI to HNI clients
  • Supporting 8 to 9 RMs that will be mapped to the ARM along with the clients
  • Physically meeting clients 
  • Profiling clients and identifying their Banking requirements
  • Increase client stickiness and penetration by enabling product hooks
  • Coordinating with other teams to process and resolve client related requests
  • Thorough knowledge in KYC for opening CA and SA accounts by FTR
