Understand customer requirements and assist them with products/services

• Cooking, packing dispatching and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the workplace at all times

• Handle billing, cash, POS machine, and basic transactions (if applicable)

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

• Follow company policies, SOPs, and work instructions

• Assist in opening and closing duties of the store/office

• Manage stock, inventory, and restocking of items when required

• Resolve customer queries or escalate issues to the supervisor

• Ensure proper display and arrangement of products/materials.
