Showroom Sales Executive

We are looking for a courteous, energetic, and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our baby care products showroom. The role includes assisting customers, demonstrating products, explaining features and benefits, building trust with parents, and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer HandlingGreet customers warmly and understand their needs related to baby care products.
• Provide detailed product information, demonstrations, and comparisons.
• Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements and budget.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store revenue.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Product KnowledgeMaintain excellent knowledge of all baby care items such as strollers, cradles, walkers, toys, feeding bottles, diapers, car seats, prams, and accessories.
• Update yourself regularly on new launches, features, safety standards, and usage guidelines.
• Store OperationsEnsure proper display, cleanliness, and arrangement of products on shelves.
• Maintain stock levels, report shortages, and assist in inventory counting.
• Manage billing and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
• Keep the showroom organized, hygienic, and welcoming for customers.
• Customer Relationship ManagementBuild lasting relationships with walk-in customers.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert potential leads into sales.
• Offer after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Skills RequiredExcellent communication & presentation skills
• Strong sales and negotiation ability
• Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented behavior
• Basic computer knowledge (billing, POS)
• Knowledge of baby care brands and products (preferred)
