Site Civil Engineer

Bhumi Green Energy is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to manage and execute infrastructure projects across multiple locations in India. The role involves hands-on involvement in construction and development of roads, industrial sheds, and building structures within waste management and sustainability-focused facilities.

This is a field-intensive role suited for professionals comfortable working on-site, managing end-to-end execution, and adapting to dynamic project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction projects, which include the following:
• Internal roads and site development
• Industrial sheds and structural works
• Buildings and associated infrastructure
• Oversee project lifecycle: planning → execution → completion
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Conduct site inspections and resolve on-ground technical challenges

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in:
• Road construction
• Industrial shed/steel structure projects
• Building construction
• Strong site management and execution experience
• Willingness to travel and work across India based on project requirements
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple sites if required
• Good understanding of construction materials, drawings, and site processes 

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of project management tools and reporting
• Strong problem-solving ability on-site
• Leadership skills to manage labour and contractor teams
