Site Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications, and maintain quality, safety, and project timelines at site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site construction activities and daily work progress
• Ensure work complies with approved drawings, quality, and safety standards
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage
• Conduct site inspections and support client/consultant inspections
• Maintain site records, reports, and basic billing/measurement support

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 3–5+ years experience as Site Engineer/Site Supervisor
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices
• Good communication and team management skills
• Willingness to work full-time on-site
