Site Engineer

Job Title: Site Engineer (Entry-Level / Fresher)Location: Project Sites (as assigned)

Reporting To: Project Manager / Manager In-Charge

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Fresher) to oversee day-to-day site activities, support project execution, and ensure smooth coordination between field teams and management. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates starting their careers in electrical and power distribution projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily site activities related to electrical and distribution projects

• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Coordinate with Project Manager / Manager In-Charge for planning and execution of work
• Maintain daily progress reports and update project status regularly
• Ensure availability of required materials, tools, and manpower at site
• Monitor and enforce safety practices and PPE compliance at site
• Assist in site measurements, billing inputs, and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth workflow
• Identify and report site issues, delays, or risks to management in a timely manner
• Support quality checks and ensure adherence to company standards

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering

Experience:

 Fresher (0–2 year experience preferred but not mandatory)

• Basic understanding of electrical systems and site execution
• Willingness to work on field and travel to project sites
• Required Skills:Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage field workforce effectively
• Awareness of safety standards is an added advantage
