Key Responsibilities of a Plywood "Site Locator"

The primary duties of this role revolve around business development and relationship management within the building and construction industry. 

• Identifying Major Construction Sites: Actively seeking out and interacting with major construction projects, builders, architects, and contractors to promote the company's plywood and related products.
• Influencer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers, such as interior designers and carpenters, to generate revenue and ensure product usage in their projects.
• Sales and Promotion: Promoting and selling company products to new and existing customers and ensuring timely follow-ups to meet sales targets.
• Market Feedback: Providing regular feedback to the company regarding market trends, competitor activities, and project requirements.
