Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, manage workers, and ensure that work is completed according to project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction site operations and activities

Manage Labour And coordinate with contractors and workers

Ensure work is completed according to drawings and project specifications

Monitor material usage and maintain site records

Ensure quality control and adherence to safety guidelines

Report daily work progress to the project manager

Resolve on-site issues and maintain smooth workflow

Requirements

Minimum 2–5 years of construction site experience

Ability to read construction drawings and plans

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Good communication and team management skills
