Site Supervisor

Site Management & Supervision

• Supervise and monitor daily on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Allocate work to laborers, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring resources are efficiently used.
• Monitor progress and report daily site updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure site cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety norms.

Quality Control & Compliance

• Inspect work to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and company standards.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and hazard identification checks.
• Report and investigate site accidents, incidents, or near-misses.

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients on site-related matters.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Resolve site-level conflicts or issues that may impact productivity.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily site logs including manpower, material usage, equipment status, and progress achieved.
• Track material inventory and request procurement as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred).
• 3–4 years of site supervision experience (depending on project size/type).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and specifications.
• Familiarity with safety standards and statutory compliance.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and meet tight deadlines.
