Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensure work is carried out as per drawings and specifications, and maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards. The Site Supervisor will coordinate workers, contractors, and materials to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction activities and site workforce

Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications

Monitor material usage and report shortages or wastage

Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers

Maintain site safety standards and enforce safety rules

Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with project standards

Maintain daily site reports, attendance, and progress records

Resolve on-site issues and report to senior management

Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering / Construction or equivalent

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role

Ability to read and understand construction drawings

Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety practices

Strong leadership and communication skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting tools

Experience

1–5 years of experience in construction or related field

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience in residential or commercial construction projects

Knowledge of quality control and safety audits

Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
