We are seeking a passionate and skilled Skin Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality skin treatments and client consultations, recommend suitable products and services, and promote skin health through House of Beauty protocols.

The Skin Therapist will be trained in Face Yoga-based therapies and tools such as Gua Sha, Ice Rollers, Microcurrent devices, and advanced facial massages alongside traditional skincare therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

Skin Consultation & Treatment Delivery

• Conduct personalized skin consultations using scientific skin analysis
• Deliver facial therapies using House of Beauty tools & products
• Perform advanced facial massage, lymphatic drainage, gua sha, face cupping, ice therapy, and microcurrent treatments
• Provide treatments for skin concerns like acne, pigmentation, dullness, aging signs, sensitivity, etc.

Client Relationship Management

• Build trust-based relationships with clients, providing guidance on homecare and lifestyle
• Maintain detailed records of client history, progress, and preferences
• Upsell suitable products & face yoga courses when relevant (non-pushy approach)

Hygiene & Safety

• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitization protocols strictly
• Ensure the treatment area is clean and welcoming at all times
• Comply with House of Beauty SOPs and training guidelines

Continuous Learning

• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in skincare and face yoga
• Participate in regular House of Beauty training and workshops

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or equivalent
• 1-3 years experience as a Skin Therapist / Aesthetician preferred
• Knowledge of skin anatomy, common skin concerns, and treatments
• Familiarity with beauty tools such as Gua Sha, Ice Roller, Microcurrent, LED devices (training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, warm, and client-centric attitude
