Job Title: SOHO B2B Sales Executive – Airtel Department: B2B Sales

Location: Delhi (NCR)

Salary: ₹28,000 (Monthly) inhand (32 CTC)

Job Summary The SOHO B2B Sales Executive is responsible for acquiring and managing small office and home office customers by selling Airtel’s broadband, connectivity, and enterprise solutions.

• Key Responsibilities Generate and close B2B sales leads in the SOHO segment
• Sell Airtel products such as FTTH Broadband, Leased Line, Wi-Fi, Voice & Mobility solutions
• Conduct field visits and client meetings with small businesses
• Maintain sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Build long-term relationships with business customers
• Qualification & Experience Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
• Age: 23 to 32 years
• Experience: Minimum 2+ year in B2B Sales (Telecom/ISP preferred)
• Skills Required Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Experience in B2B field sales
• Target-driven and customer-focused approach
• Basic knowledge of telecom or enterprise solutions
• Compensation & Benefits Fixed salary ₹28,000 per month
