About the role

Reels, memes, trends—you live and breathe them. You’re quick on the edit, quicker on the ideas, and can make content that actually gets people to engage (not just scroll past).

What you’ll do

• Ideate and create content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and wherever else brands need to be.
• Shoot, edit, design, and basically work magic with your phone and laptop.
• Stay plugged into trends so we’re always ahead of the curve.
• Work with designers and account managers to make content calendars come alive.

What we’re looking for

• 1+ years making content that performs for brands in an agency setting.
• Solid editing chops (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut-you name it).
• A good sense of humor, because social needs it.
• Experienced in content planning, social asset production, and real-time content creation.
• Fluent in visual storytelling with a sharp eye for detail, pacing, and platform-specific best practices.
• A portfolio of posts, reels, or campaigns you’re proud of.
• Experience in both studio and UGC-style production settings, with the ability to blend both approaches.
• Collaborative and team-oriented.
• Highly organized with a strong sense of initiative.
