Social Media Coordinator

Role OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media Coordinator to manage and execute our social media presence across platforms. The role involves content planning, coordination with designers and creators, posting, community management, and performance tracking to ensure consistent brand communication and growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Coordinate with design, video, and content teams for timely asset creation
• Ensure brand tone, messaging, and visual consistency across all posts
• Write clear, engaging captions aligned with brand objectives
• Monitor comments, DMs, and engage with the audience professionally
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and prepare reports
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and platform updates
• Assist in campaign execution, launches, and promotions
• Manage content calendars and ensure deadlines are met
• Required Skills & QualificationsStrong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of content planning and analytics
• Ability to multitask and manage timelines efficiently
• Attention to detail and consistency
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, scheduling tools, or basic analytics (preferred)
• Preferred QualificationsExperience working with brands or agencies
• Basic understanding of reels, trends, and short-form content
• Knowledge of Canva or coordination with designers
