Social Media Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance to improve brand awareness and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.)
• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals
• Monitors comments, messages, and mentions, respond in a timely and professional manner
• Track social media trends and suggest new content ideas
• Analyze performance using insights and analytics tools, prepare reports
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams
• Run and optimize social media campaigns and promotions
• Ensure brand voice and guidelines are consistently followed
• Knowledge of Meta Ads

Requirements & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and scheduling tools
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
