Social Media Executive (Female)

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Marketing Executive with at least one year of experience managing brand presence across social platforms. The role requires a balance of content thinking, platform understanding, and execution discipline. You will be responsible for growing reach, engagement, and leads through organic and paid social strategies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and schedule content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Write clear, engaging captions aligned with brand tone and business goals
• Manage daily posting, comments, DMs, and community interactions
• Coordinate with design and video teams for creatives and reels
• Execute basic paid campaigns on Meta platforms (boosts, lead ads, traffic ads)
• Track performance metrics like reach, engagement, CTR, and leads
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution
• Support brand campaigns, launches, and promotions on social media
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn algorithms
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Good content sense for reels, posts, stories, and carousels
• Ability to write simple, effective copy in English (Hindi is a plus)
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar
• Analytical mindset with comfort in reading insights and metrics
• Ability to manage multiple brands or accounts simultaneously
• Preferred (Good to Have)Experience working with agencies or multiple clients
• Basic video editing or reel direction knowledge
• Influencer coordination experience
• Understanding of lead generation or e-commerce funnels
