Social Media Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Manager who thinks and operates like a mini agency head within the organization.

This role goes beyond posting content. You will own the brand’s social media presence end-to-end—from strategy and planning to execution, influencer management, PR coordination, and performance analysis. Your goal is to build a strong, premium, trust-driven brand across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

• Develop monthly social media content calendars (posts, reels, stories)
• Define and maintain a strong content mix:
• Educational
• Lifestyle
• Authority-building
• Social proof
• Align social media strategy with PR activities, offline events, and marketing campaigns
• Ensure brand positioning remains premium, calm, and credible

2. Execution Ownership

• Take full ownership of timely content execution and publishing
• Coordinate closely with content strategists, designers, and video editors
• Ensure consistent brand tone, visual quality, and messaging across all platforms

3. Influencer & Reel Creator Management

• Identify and shortlist relevant local influencers and reel creators
• Negotiate commercials, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end
• Track posting schedules and analyze performance

4. PR Coordination

• Coordinate with external PR agencies
• Finalize monthly PR topics and narratives
• Ensure PR coverage is amplified effectively on social media

5. Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Track and analyze reach, engagement, follower growth, and lead generation
• Conduct weekly performance reviews
• Create data-backed improvement and optimization plans
