Social Media Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Instagram Social Media Handler to manage and grow our Instagram presence. The role involves content creation, posting, audience engagement, and performance tracking to increase brand visibility, engagement, and leads/sales.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Posting

• Plan, create, and schedule Instagram posts, reels, stories, and highlights
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and CTAs
• Coordinate with designers/photographers or create basic creatives using tools like Canva
• Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity

Engagement & Community Management

• Respond to DMs, comments, mentions, and story replies promptly
• Engage with followers, influencers, and relevant pages
• Monitor brand mentions and handle basic customer queries on Instagram

Growth & Strategy

• Execute Instagram growth strategies (reels trends, collaborations, contests, giveaways)
• Identify trending audio, hashtags, and content formats
• Work on influencer collaborations (shortlisting, coordination, follow-ups)

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance metrics: reach, engagement, followers, clicks, conversions
• Share weekly/monthly reports with insights and improvement suggestions
• Optimize content based on analytics and audience behavior

Skills & Requirements

• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithm & trends
• Good command over English
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, InShot/CapCut
• Ability to multitask and meet posting deadlines

Experience

• 0–1 year for junior role / 1–3 years for experienced role
• Experience managing Instagram pages for brands is a plus
