Job OverviewWe are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging content while monitoring performance and optimizing campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage day-to-day posting on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Plan and schedule content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.

2. Content Creation & Coordination

• Create engaging captions, reels ideas, and content strategies.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and influencers for content production.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates.

3. Campaign Execution

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Support performance marketing initiatives across Meta and Google platforms.
• Track campaign results and optimize for better reach and engagement.

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor social media performance using analytics tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze audience insights to improve content strategy.

5. Influencer & Community Management

• Identify and coordinate with influencers for collaborations.
• Manage brand reputation through active community engagement.
• Required SkillsStrong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn algorithms
• Knowledge of content strategy, reels creation, and social media trends
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads and performance marketing
• Good writing skills for captions and campaign messaging
