- 🎯 Role & ResponsibilitiesManage and grow Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn handles for clients & agency
- Plan content calendars (Reels, carousels, stories)
- Create high-engagement captions, hooks & CTAs
- Identify trends, audios & viral formats
- Coordinate with designers & video editors
- Basic understanding of Instagram Ads & analytics
- Track performance (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Maintain brand tone & consistency
- Stay updated with algorithm & platform changes
- ✅ RequirementsStrong understanding of Instagram growth & Reels
- Good copywriting & storytelling skills
- Experience with Canva / basic editing tools
- Trend-spotting mindset
- Ability to think like a creator + marketer
- Basic knowledge of ads is a plus
- Self-driven & result-oriented
